According to his arrest warrant affidavit, police began investigating an armed robbery on Stevens Street in Norwalk on Nov. 13. At first the victim told police he was robbed by a marijuana dealer, but quickly told detectives he was really trying to buy a gun when the man who was to sell him the weapon pointed it at him and threatened to shoot him if he did not surrender his money, the affidavit states.
