<div class="entry-summary">According to his arrest warrant affidavit, police began investigating an armed robbery on Stevens Street in Norwalk on Nov. 13.

At first the victim told police he was robbed by a marijuana dealer, but quickly told detectives he was really trying to buy a gun when the man who was to sell him the weapon pointed it at him and threatened to shoot him if he did not surrender his money, the affidavit states.</div></div>]]>

A woman who allegedly helped cash checks for a Stamford nursing home worker who was stealing money from the petty cash accounts of elderly residents, some of whom had moved away or died, was arrested Monday.

Amigron came under scrutiny when St. Camillus officials reported thousands of dollars missing from residents' trust accounts at the 494 Elm St. nursing facility, according to her arrest warrant affidavit.</div></div>]]>
