The East Norwalk Business Association has planned a community event with legal expert and real estate associate Marta C. Garcia.

Garcia will focus on the current debate on immigration reform for the Latin community specifically, and what the benefits of real estate ownership in the United States might be in gaining permanent resident status. There will be a panel of experts to explain and assist those in the business community who are dealing with the issue of immigration status.

Garcia will conduct the panel of experts at Van Zilen Hall at the East Norwalk Library starting at 6 p.m. on Friday, March 15.

Refreshments will be served at the free event.
