Daria Fiala, Bill Bowteck

Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Siegel of Avery Road, Carmel, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Daria Fiala, to Bill Bowteck, son of Bill and Joyce Bowteck of Northport, Fla., and formerly of New Fairfield.

The future bride graduated from Carmel High School, from the State University of New York in Oneonta with a B.S. in business economics, and from Mercy College in Yorktown Heights, N.Y., with a M.S. in elementary education and special education.

She is a teacher at Pawling Elementary School in Pawling, N.Y.

The future bridegroom graduated from New Fairfield High School and from Norwalk Community Technical College in Norwalk with an associate degree in construction management.

He is a project supervisor at Wright Brothers Builders in Westport.

A July wedding is planned.
