Christopher Rodia, 43, of Vollmer Avenue in Norwalk, turned himself in to police on Oct. 8 after he was notified of a warrant out for his arrest.
The warrant stems from two separate larceny incidents.
According to police, the first incident occurred on July 18 when four backpack leaf blowers were taken from a landscaper's trailer while parked in front of a residence on Peterick Lane. Police said the second incident occurred on Sept. 5 where a backpack leaf blower was taken off a landscaper's vehicle while parked on Long Neck Point Road.
On Sept. 6, Darien Police learned that Norwalk Police arrested Rodia on similar charges. Subsequent investigation linked him to the larcenies in Darien and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Rodia was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 18.
