NHS to host fashionable fundraiser

The Norwalk High School Fashion Show will take place at the St. Ann's Club, 16 Hendricks Ave., Norwalk, on Friday, March 22, at 7 p.m.

The senior class will be modeling formal wear from A Step Ahead and Camillo's. The junior class will be modeling casual wear from Bobs, BChic and WHOAU. All proceeds will fund the graduation activities of the class of 2013, including the post-graduation party.

Tickets are $15, $10 for students and seniors, and will be available at the door.

For the past 21 years, Norwalk High School parents, local businesses, individuals and community members have partnered to host a post-graduation party for the NHS graduates. The party is an all-night, drug- and alcohol-free event that provides graduating seniors with a safe place to celebrate their graduation.

Traditionally, more than 95 percent of each graduating class attends the celebration. This year, the event will be at Stepping Stones Museum.
