Arrests

Andrew Artaga, 22 of 63 Marlin Drive, was charged last Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Manoj Ramachandran, 33, of 49 Day St., Norwalk, was charged last Wednesday with disorderly conduct.

Rhoby Schempp, 36, of 49 Day St., Norwalk, was charged last Wednesday with disorderly conduct.

Wayne Wymss, 26, of 40 Chatham Road, Norwalk, was charged last Friday with third-degree burglary, fifth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

Gregory Clay, 34, of 109 Rowayton Woods, Norwalk, was charged last Thursday with evading responsibility and traveling too fast for conditions.

Diana Chalas-Cordero, 27, of 424 Pembrook Road, Bridgeport, was charged last Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
