Family & Children's Agency needs some volunteers: 1) to shop for after school snacks (approximately one hour per week). The Agency has an account with Shop Rite and will provide a weekly shopping list. Days and times are flexible. 2) to make home-baked goods or provide snacks (breads, muffins, cookies, fruit, pretzels or any snack of your choice - please refrain from using nuts) for approximately 40-50 clients for two programs. 3) to provide lunch for homeless adults at their Community Connections site on Sundays. Lunch may be a simple meal of a sandwich and a piece of fruit or a heated casserole. Food may be dropped off at 11. This a great way to get the whole family involved. Volunteers may commit to one time donation, or volunteer on a scheduled basis. If interested, contact Kim Kristof, Coordinator of Volunteer Services, at (203) 523-5715.
