Yoga classes are being offered at the Norwalk Public Library through the "Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies" initiative.
The program will be led by instructor Rebecca Hayward on the following dates, Oct. 9 and 16; Nov. 6 and 20, and Dec. 4, 11 and 18. The sessions will resume again in the new year.
Classes for children 3 to 12 years old, accompanied by parents or guardians, will take place 5-5:30 p.m.; sessions for teens and adults set from 6-7 p.m.
Participants should bring a yoga mat and water.
