A serious two-car accident Thursday evening at 7:25 p.m. in the intersection of Connecticut Avenue and Richards Avenue, sent four people to Norwalk Hospital. Norwalk Police controlled traffic in the busy intersection and conducted their investigation as Norwalk firefighters and paramedics with two ambulances tended to the injured.
